Lessons through Arts

Arts are said to be the most primitive form of expression. One can experience and express through the arts very freely. Our programs are designed with the elements of arts like painting, music and acting. Learners not only enjoy these arts thoroughly, but also relate them with real life situations. Lessons drawn through arts often become memorable.

Adventure Learning

Adventure often calls for taking risks and facing adversities. Adventure activities are the cornerstones of Transcend learning programs. Trail walking, trekking or climbing are some of the adventures which learners draw learning from. These activities inspire participants to face challenges and create an attitude of finding solutions.

Learning Games

Another effective way of learning is through games and simulations. Games help learners to relate the real problems very easily, and take the learning back to their workplaces. The training programs include various games like constraint games, decision games and conflict games. Learners get most creative in gaming sessions, and co-learn some great lessons.

By the Book

By the Book is a novel technique, that spur a creative and structured learning for participants. Our facilitators found the program on a selected book, and take the learners through various discoveries. The program includes break-out group discussions, role plays and brain storming sessions.
